Frequently asked questions
What medical personnel will be onboard?
Every flight includes a qualified medical team, typically an ICU-trained doctor and a critical care nurse or paramedic.
Can family members accompany the patient?
Yes, depending on the medical situation and aircraft capacity, one or more family members may be allowed onboard.
Can a Close Protection Officer (CPO) or a Team travel with the patient?
Yes. We can provide a highly trained and qualified CPO or CPT onboard for clients requiring enhanced personal security during the evacuation, subject to advance request and mission parameters.
Do you provide bed-to-bed transfer service?
Yes. We manage the entire process—from ground ambulance at the pickup location to final handover at the receiving hospital. However, we do not handle hospital paperwork or administrative tasks.
How quickly can a MedEvac flight be arranged?
In most cases, we can mobilise within 90 to 180 minutes after confirmation, depending on location and clearances.
Are your services available internationally?
Absolutely. We operate globally, with permissions and logistical capabilities to land in most countries worldwide.
What information do you need to start a mission?
We require the patient’s latest medical report, a doctor’s release confirming the patient is fit to fly, the full route including pickup and destination hospitals, and contact details of the receiving doctor. Additional details such as passport copies, ground ambulance requirements, and any special medical needs may also be requested depending on the situation.
